Guide

Key points

  • Combines several PDFs into one file, in the order you choose.
  • Text and images are kept as-is, with no loss of quality.
  • Files are processed in your browser and never uploaded.

How to use it

  1. Drop the PDFs you want to combine, or click to choose them. You can pick several at once.
  2. Reorder them with the arrows, or use “Sort by name”.
  3. Click Merge PDFs — the combined file downloads right away.

Good for

  • Submitting an application, certificates or a portfolio as one file
  • Joining a document that was scanned into several files
  • Bundling meeting materials or reports to share

Good to know

  • Text, images and links are kept exactly as they are — there’s no loss of quality.
  • “Sort by name” understands numbers, so file 2 comes before file 10.
  • Password-protected PDFs can’t be merged; save an unlocked copy first.
  • Bookmarks and form fields may not all carry over into the merged file.

Privacy

Your files are never uploaded. Merging happens entirely in your browser, so it’s safe for contracts, IDs and other sensitive documents.

FAQ

How many files can I merge?

There's no fixed limit, but very large files may exceed your device's memory. If a phone struggles, try a computer.

Does merging reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied over unchanged, so text and images stay exactly the same.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

No — save an unlocked copy first.
