What to send
- Bug reports: the tool name, your device and browser (e.g. iPhone Safari, Windows Chrome) and the steps that caused the problem. A screenshot helps.
- Questions about a result: the values you entered and what you compared against. Please hide any personal details.
- Tool ideas: tell us what you’d like to see.
- Partnerships and advertising: include your company name and proposal.
- Privacy requests: see the contact person in our privacy policy.
Before you write
- Please don’t send documents, photos or ID or account numbers. Our tools don’t keep your files, so we can’t view or recover anything you converted.
- Calculator results are estimates — confirm tax and loan decisions with your employer, lender or a tax adviser.
