How to use it
- Pick a category: money, career, self, or love.
- Add up to three failures and what each one cost — in money ($), hours, or emotion (%).
- Press Print receipt, then save the image or share it straight away.
How the receipt is calculated
- Self-blame discount: 20–40% off the money you spent — the part you choose not to beat yourself up over.
- Total value (EXP): $1 after the discount = 1,000 EXP, 1 hour = 10,000 EXP, 1% emotion = 1,000 EXP.
- Payment type: $1,000 or more becomes “Mental installments”, 80%+ emotion becomes the “Emotion card”, anything else is an “Instant EXP purchase”.
- Stats and comment: two category stats, a “next success chance”, and one of our prepared lines, chosen by fixed rules. Bigger lessons earn bigger stats.
Sharing tips
- On a phone, “Share” sends the image to Instagram, messaging apps and more.
- “Copy text” gives you a text version for posts and chats.

FAQ
Is what I type saved anywhere?
No. The receipt is made entirely in your browser; nothing is sent or stored, and it's gone when you close the page.
Can I use it as a real receipt?
No — it's a just-for-fun receipt with no connection to any real transaction, and says so at the bottom.
Will printing the same failures again give the same receipt?
The print time is part of the mix, so the receipt number, discount, stats and comment can change each time.
